the air has been so dry on top of us. but the other thing it's turning our winds around to the northeast and that will keep us cool right now. 66 in baltimore, 58 in hagerstown. take a look. the dew points are still in the low 50s that is a little higher than it has been but it's really far from the temperature. when these are further apart, the rain starts to evaporate. then tonight the rain will begin in full force and tomorrow into tuesday, we're going to see rounds of heavy rains from the storm system coming our way. it's part of the same one that made its way through the midwest. it's dipping down to the south and moving nothing the mid- alantic. as that center passes monday and tuesday, it will tap into more moisture. and west potential for localized flooding out of this w there's a lot of moisture with t in the tropics, we have matthew going on in the south wet. it is drifting off to the north. lisa is still way out there back down to a tropical depression. we're going to keep an eye in the southern parts of the un
